Freddy James, founder and owner of F. James Log Supplier, established the business over 30 years ago, continuing a family tradition that began with his grandfather supplying logs many years before.
With decades of hands-on experience, Freddy has built the business into the trusted local supplier it is today. He remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the company, overseeing operations and ensuring every customer receives the high standards the business was built on.

Fred James Jnr has grown up around the business, spending weekends and school holidays splitting logs and learning the trade from the ground up.
With first-hand experience in every part of the process, Freddy plays an active role in the day-to-day running of the business, continuing the family tradition of hard work, reliability, and pride in supplying quality firewood.
Doris
Doris, also known as the Log Dog, is an important (and much-loved) member of the F. James Log Supplier team.
Always close by, Doris is on hand to boost team morale, supervise operations, and ensure regular tea breaks are taken seriously. While she doesn’t handle deliveries, she plays a key role in keeping spirits high and the working day running smoothly..
